ecoartspace invites you to experience site-works by six ecoartspace artists for our three day pop-up exhibition at member Miriam Sagan‘s private poetry yard in Santa Fe. We will be serving drinks and appetizers, and there will be seating to listen to the artists talk about their work.
Suggested donation is $50-$100 per person
Donations will go toward the printing of two ecoartspace publications; a second edition of our annual exhibition book for 2021, Embodied Forest; and our upcoming 2022, Earthkeepers Handbook.
The CURRENTS: Circuits New Media Festival is coming up! You can buy festival passes in advance by becoming a member for $5 a month. There will be A LOT to see this year, at 4 different sites across Santa Fe!
Maternal Mitochondria has been invited to be the featured artists for the month of May at the Southside library branch! Please join us for book arts, snacks, and secret poetry.
Lending Library of the Invisible—a book arts show Maternal Mitochondria—Miriam Sagan & Isabel Winson-Sagan Southside Library 6599 Jaguar Drive Santa Fe, New Mexico Opening—May 6, 4-6 pm Show up till May 31, 2022 Artists will be in residence 11 am-1 pm on May 17 and May 24, 2022.
*** We hope to see you, even if Southside seems far away! Come say hi, and help add to our interactive artwork,“What Am I Hiding and What Do I Hope For?,” which asks visitors to hang their own answers on sculptural trees or put them in slot boxes.
There will be grab and go snacks. And you can visit Southside’s Seed Library, bookstore, or even return those overdue books!
My “Original Face” photography series will be in 3 shows this spring: On the Edge with Art League Rhode Island, Eros and Thanatos with Buckham Gallery in Flint, MI, and Women’s Works at the Old Courthouse Arts Center in Woodstock, Illinois 📸🎨
Original Face debued at Art as Advocacy: Promoting Equity and Social Justice for Women in Springfield, IL at the Springfield Art Association, and will be up until September 28th, 2019!
Next up, the work will be on display in enGENDERingChange, in Alamosa, CO, in the Clyde Snook Gallery at Adams State University. That show will run from October 7th-November 7th, 2019. The opening reception will be October 18th, from 5-7pm.
